Formatting UTM Links in GW Drupal
Top-Level Domain Example:
When linking directly to the main site URL, add the UTM parameters after the slash (/).
Example:
https://drupaldemo.gwu.edu/?utm_source=fun&utm_campaign=testing&utm_medium=the-internet
Internal Page Example:
When linking to an internal page, do not add a slash (/) before the UTM parameters. Attach the UTM parameters directly after the page URL.

Incorrect:
Drupal will treat the link as slightly different, causing the page to refresh. When it refreshes, the UTM parameters will be stripped off, and the tracking information will be lost.
Extra Tip - When Links Have Two Question Marks:
IMPORTANT: If your URL contains two question marks (?), replace the second one with an ampersand (&). Two question marks might break the URL.
Example: for DAR events links, use an ampersand to separate the tracking string from the rest of the url:
https://connect.gwu.edu/site/Calendar?id=129257&view=Detail&utm_campaign=events-dar&utm_medium=email&utm_source=sxsw-austin
